For all merchandise except for Chapman Sticks: Merchandise is shipped within 2 days of ordering when GGP has the product in stock. If GGP doesn’t have the product in stock it will be included in the next montly order which GGP places every month at SE (Stick Enterprices). When a client is not completely satisfied with the recieved product, GGP will refund the complete amount or send replacement merchandise. The client will have to return the merchandise first.
For ordering Chapman Sticks: When the client wants to reserve or order a Stick it has to pay an advance. The amount depends on which kind of Stick. Contact GGP for the exact price. The rest of the price of the Stick has to be payed one month before delivery with a euro-dollar correction.
The advance is non-refundable. However, if the client wants to cancel the order, GGP will help to find a new client for this Stick. Since the demand is very high these days, this doesn’t take very long in general. Although this can’t be guaranteed.
The Stick will be send insured straight from SE (USA) to the client (Europe) by UPS except for Holland. UPS charges for this transport is $270 USD. A banktransfer fee of $45 USD is added to the price by SE. VAT and Custom handling has to be payed by the client at delivery. Only Dutch clients will have to pay the VAT (19%) and Customs (3,7%) up front.
